How to talk about Lilium
Challenge
At the point when I joined Lilium, the company was in the middle of a rebranding process. The initial stage had revealed an inconsistency in internal communication in terms of brand assets.
The goal was to unify and distill the discourse and make it ready to use in external communications as well.
Context
Lilium is a German startup that develops a revolutionary on-demand air taxi service. Their patented invention, the Lilium Jet, is the first fully electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft that is envisioned to bring air transportation to the next level.
Process
As a first step, I went through the existing brand assets.
Then, together with the marketing manager, we painted the broad strokes.
Lastly, an iteration process of writing and editing until reaching the final version of the copy.
