Experience writing
Experience means 'observation as a source of knowledge'. In my opinion, experience writing is putting into words a meaningful message that results from knowing, understanding and empathising with the user. It can entail many things – audience research, wireframing, user journeys, service mapping and finally, web writing.

Brand writing
Ideally, when starting a project, brand guidelines exist. But if they don't, I get to work and help shape them. It's a very immersive and useful exercise for both myself and my client.

Writing for the aerospace
Paradoxically, aerospace engineering is why I got into copywriting. A good deal into my PhD thesis, I understood that numerical schemes and words are two worlds apart. I believe it doesn't have to be this way. So, I am trying to bridge that gap with everything I do. And sometimes I am lucky enough to go back to the mothership.
